The Residency/Fellowship Accreditation Management System (AMS) is a web-based portal that allows programs to submit required accreditation documentation. Since the portal contains confidential program information, access is provided to the program director.

Programs will receive an email from AMS indicating an instrument (Application for Candidacy, Self-Evaluation Report, Annual Continuous Improvement Report, Substantive Change Application, etc.) has been scheduled for completion according to the submission timelines for these documents outlined within ABPTRFE's Processes and Procedures.

To access the Accreditation portal, you will need a login ID. Please contact the APTA Database Specialist to obtain a login ID, or with questions.
